ShipMyCards is heading back to the West Coast Card Show (WCCS) in 2026— three times —and we are bringing two collector-favorite services with us: Vault Pickup and Card Show Consignment . If you have items stored in your ShipMyCards Vault and want them in-hand at the show (or want us to sell them for you on-site), you can now place your request directly through your account. Ship My Cards will be at the  Toronto Sport Card Expo this November, and we will bring your cards to you (limited availability). How It Works If you’re attending the show (or have a trusted friend who is), you can request to pick up your cards at the Expo. Delivery Fee: $20 per graded card box What’s Included: Each box can hold up to 20 graded cards or 100 top loaders Important Note: Oversized items will be automatically removed. Only graded cards and standard toploaders qualify for this special service. New Pricing & Policy Updates – Effective November 1, 2025

At ShipMyCards , we are always working to make your collector experience smoother, faster, and more transparent. As part of our continuous improvements, we are updating our  processing fees and storage policy  beginning  November 1, 2025 . New Policy Update: 90-Day Storage Limit for Large & Non-Card Items To keep our warehouses efficient and focused on collectors’ core needs,  all non-card and oversized items must now be shipped out within 90 days of arrival.  Large Items remaining in storage after 90 days will be   recharged the original incoming processing fee   due to limited warehouse space. Large items cannot be held long-term. The original incoming processing fee will be recharged each additional 90 days.  This includes: Apparel (jerseys, jackets, etc.) Boxes of cards Oversized or miscellaneous collectibles Storage Fees We offer storage for up to 180 days with the initial costs.
